Safer Training & Consultancy have just completed a four day ITSSAR accredited Lift Truck Operator course at Bell Flow Systems. A 100% pass rate and glowing reports from the examiner turned frowns to smiles after the gruelling course was over.

At long last, Bell Flow Systems have moved to their new Buckingham building, offering more space and a modern working environment. Located centrally between the M1 and M40 corrridoors, with close proximity to several major airports and transport hubs, buckingham is the ideal position for us to continue our future growth.
Work on a a new test rig and machining area are currently underway.

Large Contract for TXB Digital Gas Flow Meters awarded to Bell Flow Systems from prestigeous global HVAC company.
The staged supply of fifty TXB model gas flow meters was recently completed succesfully and on time, much to the delight of everyone involved. The meters will be used to accurately monitor the supply of natural gas in two seperate largescale enviroment heating schemes within Europe.
The TXB range are compact and light weight turbine gas flow meters. The sturdy TXB, one of a family of meters, features a low pressure drop, less than 45Pa at 50m3/h, a starting flow of less than 0.5m3/h and flow rates up to 300m3/h tbx .

Our portable race refuelling systems have been supplied to two leading teams this season, incorporating ATEX certified pumps, accurate Petrol flow measurement and statically bonded equipment for enhanced safety. Available in 12V or 230 AC, these systems can be quickly connected up to a a tank and are supplied with 4 metre delivery hose and auto delivery nozzle.

Interbuild 2007 Exhibition a big hit !.
Interbuild 2007 attracted over 1,100 exhibitors and 44,000 buying visitors. No other event in the UK comes close to attracting so many key companies and individuals from the building industry.
There was a great deal of interest during this week long exhibition and the Bell Flow Sytems Stand was visited by many of the industries major players.

Heathrow Jet Fuel Supply monitored by Bell Flow Systems.
The purchase of several precision stainless steel flow turbines ranging from 1" to 6" has been completed for installation at Heathrows' T5 terminal. These high~spec ATEX certified flow turbines
are to be used in bunkering and mobile tanker operations and have been supplied fitted with both locally fitted and remote mounted Fluidwell flow computers.
The models supplied have linearised on-board calibration data to ensure extremely accurate and reliable results with 10 Year EEPROM retention and Lithium battery back-up.
August 2007....
Four inch GEMINI Master Flow Meter chosen for new calibration rig. A premier UK pump manufacturer has chosen the GEMINI G100 as the heart of their crucial new pump test rig, used for in-production testing and new model development.
The GEMINI G100 4" Positive Displacement meter was chosen due to it's combination of 1200 L/min flow range, high accuracy and repeatability, as well as low service requirements and ease of installation. The pulse output model was selected so that a remote digital display could be sited in the control room where it was required, 24 metres away.
Options for this model include a variety of body materials output signal types (Reed Switch, Hall Effect, 4-20mA), choice of mechanical connections including screwed and flanged and hygeinic fittings, as well as a choice of digital or mechanical displays with inlet strainer and air eliminator accessories available .

Fluidwell add new PI(D) Flow-rate Ratio Controller to their comprehensive range of Process Instrumentation .
The new F124 model displays the calculated ratio on screen and then monitors the ratio with user defined alarm output capabilities. The unit creates a PI(D) control loop alogorithm by calculating the signal inputs from flow measurement sensors and then generating a propotional analogue control signal used by a pump drive inverter, for example, to precisely control a ratio or mix of fluids.
Options for this model include a variety of flow input signal types, various power supply comptibilities, hazardous area models and case mounting styles to suit most installations
as well as back-lit display, RS comms and a range of accessories.

Semi-automated filling technology recently installed inside Cummins generator test cells.
Bell Flow Systems have supplied four Tecalemit TMSII Fluid Management systems complete with bar code scanning technology and remote LAN access capabilities for this challenging application. Deutche Tecalemit TMSII liquid inventory management systems are ASANETWORK compliant and are also capable of multi-drop RS485 connectivity for larger installations as well as remote control via Windows PC using our standard software packages. thanks to the PORTAFLOW 300 'Clamp-on' Portable Flowmeter .
Some applications require a cutting edge solution to solve what are apparently basic problems.... Environmentally aware Caravan site is now billing holidaying guests fairly.
Lazee Days caravan holiday park has recently fitted all of it's static mobile homes with domestic water and gas meters from Bell Flow Systems to ensure fair billing for all holiday makers staying at the site.
Site Owner Mrs Bunndock claims that the introduction of these meters has been welcomed by most tennants whom are now accountable for their own water and gas usage. It has also improved financial planning and lowered utility bills in the first month by 20%. The environmental benefits of this project are obvious for all to see.

Bell Flow Sytems has recently supplied British Sugar with the HDM80/98 Fleet Fuel Management System,
A Floor standing 80 litres/min pumping system with key Fob Transponder access for 98 drivers. This management protected fuel dispenser accurately records and monitors all transactions and deliveries, either locally or remotely from a windows based PC via hard-wire, RF or GSM Modem. Tank level inventory control is optional, as are calibrated flow meter, air elimination and RS Comms to communicate with existing fuel management systems.

Bell Flow Sytems has recently supplied a major international manufacturer of diesel injection pumps with several Micro Flow Meters, capable of measuring down to 1ml /min at 21,000 Psi.
The test bench housing the Micro Flow Meters was developed to test and commission banks of diesel injectors operating at high cycle frequencies and varying rates. The TD4 meter has a range of 1 to 250 ml/min. or 0.02 ml/cycle and is suited to viscosities of 1 to 25 Cps. It is manufactured from 316 Stainless Steel and features a calibrated pulse output signal.
Instantaneous flow rates and totals can be seen by the operator on the F113-P Fluidwell displays supplied, whilst on-screen alarm trigger points, and Data logging outputs, highlight the performance of the products under test. .

The Bell Flow Systems Racing team's, Gunn TS8 stands at third overall in the Duratec Sports 2000 ProSeries Championship (2006), placing a respectable third and two second place positions in the first three races of the season.
Our driver, Tom Mills, recently had the opportunity to put the car through it's paces alongside Tiff Needell, and even piloted yummy mummy Carol Smiley around the track, no doubt grinning all the way. This celebrity racing day will be featured in a leading motor racing magazine shortly.
The Duratec Sports 2000 ProSeries Championship visits the UKs top circuits, including rounds at both Silverstone and Brands Hatch Grand Prix circuits. The next race is this weekend at Snetterton.

Bell Flow Systems employee Laura Buxton is undertaking a 4 day sponsored trek in June 2006 for the childrens charity, Childline. The team will be climbing Mount Toubkal, the Highest peak of North Africa's Atlas mountains.
Approximately 4,000 children in the UK call ChildLine every day. The organisation has expanded very rapidly to try to meet the needs of the children who call, yet they are still only able to answer about 2,300 of these desperate young callers.
