MF5000 Low pressure loss thermal mass flow meters with stainless steel wetted parts, suitable for accurately measuring a variety of gases from 8mm/sec to 65mm/sec. This range is 12-24V DC powered and features an integral LCD display showing all process data. Options exist for 4-20mA output, pulse output , Modbus RS485 and 0-5 V DC. Applications can be found in hospitals, semi-conductor manufacturing and process laboratories, to name but a few. Software and user interface supplied

Thermal mass flow meters make use of the thermal properties of gases to determine mass flow and are typically used to measure the mass flow of clean gases, such as air, nitrogen and natural gas. The Siargo range of thermal flow meters utilise the worlds leading MEMS (micro electro mechanical systems) mass flow sensing technology for extended rangeability and the lowest pressure loss in class. MEMs technology substantially reduces metering accuracy losses caused by temperature and pressure variations as it compensates electronically for the volumetric expansion/contraction ot the gas in the system.
