Hydraulic oil flowmeter
hydraulic oil flow meter for case drain leakage on mobile plant needed. Low flow of 1/4 litre a minute to a possible 2 litres per min. We have a Hydrotechnik data logger kit but the turbine supplied is one inch dia and cant go low enough...any ideas ? (would be good if we could get a meter compatible with the logger and software it came with ---------------------all the very best .TM.

Hi, take a look at these links to a couple of low flow meters that will measure hydraulic oil case drain leakage at high pressures. Compatibility with Hydrotechnik data loggers is no problem if you need it. http://www.bellflowsystems.co.uk/ZHA-01 … 21382.html

You need a "gear flow meter" from VSE, Kracht, KEM, AW Hydrotechnik etc (probably others around as well !)
They all give a high rez pulsed output and are the only meters that can do the job cheap enough and well enough
