We have recently commissioned a large number of Qalcosonic Heat 1 meters installed within some interesting modern micro apartments. The heat meters were supplied to metering and monitoring specialists in order to evaluate the thermal heat energy used within this cutting edge accommodation located in the City of London.
The client required MID approved ultrasonic heat meters which could deal with fluctuating temperatures and offer good Ingress protection and specific M-Bus data communications.
Qalcosonic heat meters are MID class 2 approved and provide combined heating and cooling measurement capability. The 8-digit LCD display shows information on the total volume, current flow rate as well as historical data. The range offers a variety of signal outputs and communication options including M-Bus, Modbus or wireless wMbus radio link interfaces. Models are available for hot and cold water applications with changeover facility.
Available in sizes from DN15 to DN100.
