Water Level Meters


 
Heron Instruments offers a wide range of water level meters and water level dip tapes which are designed and manufactured to a very high quality, offering market leading rugged and dependable design. Heron water level meters can be used for a wide range of applications, including use in open bodies of water, boreholes, standpipes and wells. These models can show the measurement of static and falling water levels, as well as length of casing and total well depth.
 
Static water levels
Depth of the water in a well or borehole
 
Drawdown water levels
Used to measure a falling water level during low flow sampling, purging or well development
 
Length of Casing 
Used to measure the depth of a metal well casing. When the probe leaves the magnetic field of the well casing an audible and visual signal will become active
 
Total well Depth
Used to measure total well depth, the devices features a pressure sensitive plunger which when at the bottom of the well will create an audible and visual indication
