SP32-02-80 High Capacity Oil Lift Pump :: Reservoir capacity : 7.3 litres, 80 L/Hour Oil Lift Pump, internal Installation
Product description:
These high-capacity lift pumps comply with EN 12514-2, EN 60335-1 and EN 55015-1. They incorporate the same functions as the SP32-01 and come equipped with two motors, which makes it possible to double the flow. Easy to install, this pump is delivered with integral filter, electric cable with plug connection and compression fittings for copper pipes Ø8x10
This type of pump is used to transfer oil (DIN EN 51603-1 EL à DIN V 51603-6 EL A Bio) upto an upper story of a property to provide a local autoamted supply to oil fired heating burners or stoves eg. AGA, Rayburn etc
Method:
The oil is drawn up from the storage tank below into the internal 7.3 Litre reservoir of the SP32-02-80. The level in the reservoir is maintained by a float switch which automatically calls for more oil as the level drops, ensuring there is aways enogh oil stored locally to satify the needs of the burner/stove (Maximum 80 L/hr at 2m lift or 20 L/hr at 7m lift)
It is also equipped with an integral drip tray fitted with a safety float that puts the lift pump into alarm in case of leakage or overflow. A mechanical anti-siphoning system stops the oil in the reservoir back-flowing in the case of supply line damage.
- Do not install a non-return valve and suction filter in the suction line, as these are already present in the lift pump assembly
- Can also be installed lower than the oil burner, the lift pump then takes over the function of an intermediate station
- SP 32-02-80 M: With mechanical anti-lift valve, fixed at 1.8 m
- SP 32-02-80 E: Suction pump with electromagnetic anti-siphon valve activated by the consumer via an electric control line, as the solenoid valve is closed without current (Normally off)
