Bell Flow Systems Ltd will only collect data that is adequate and relevant, as listed below;

  • Your contact information including company name, address, telephone and fax numbers, and email address.
  • Other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers.
  • Credit and debit card details for payments made using our e-commerce system. (These are not stored on-line as we use a third-party processing partner - Worldpay)
  • Credit and debit card details for payments made using PDQ terminals (These are not stored and are destroyed after processing)
