Fluidwell add new PI(D) Flow-rate Ratio Controller to their comprehensive range of Process Instrumentation .
The new F124 model displays the calculated ratio on screen and then monitors the ratio with user defined alarm output capabilities. The unit creates a PI(D) control loop alogorithm by calculating the signal inputs from flow measurement sensors and then generating a propotional analogue control signal used by a pump drive inverter, for example, to precisely control a ratio or mix of fluids.
Options for this model include a variety of flow input signal types, various power supply comptibilities, hazardous area models and case mounting styles to suit most installations as well as back-lit display, RS comms and a range of accessories.
